Well I think all of you are stupid because the series is terrible, I read the books in 2006 BEFORE they were popular (so don’t try to get all high and mighty on me)! Edward is a creepy stalker who is obsessed with Bella to the point where it is past the point of unhealthy. He constantly puts Bella down and constantly gives her mixed signals. And Bella is completely stupid. She allows Edward to boss her around, man handle her, insult her and treat her like she can’t do ANYTHING without a man to do it for her. This entire series goes against everything that is good and healthy about a relationship and tears down a young girls belief that she can do anything that SHE wants to.

Well, I haven’t seen any of Mr. Pattinsons interview but I would like to say that he is good at what he is doing: acting. He does a rather good portrail of the character, a guy tormented by contradictory, intense feelings, cought in the ambivalence of life and love. I think he has a promising career in front of him! I would invite him though to think another aspect of his charecter that he seems to overlook in his remark: Edward, despite being a vampire, he is not fitting the “bad boy” profile in any way. He is devoted, honest, deep in his feelings, and willing to commit to self sacrifice for the one he loves! He also is somewhat old fashioned and abides by values that seem to be disappearing nowadays, like for example no premarital sex! So think again Mr. Pattinson!
Ok girls GROW UP! He is an actor! End of discussion! All entertainers have to be able to play any part that they want us to believe is TRUE! And as for NOT being able to talk…Let’s see how you would feel if all of a sudden millions of women want to pull your hair out and tear you apart and expect you to be the perfect speaker. That is just NOT always the case. Some people are shy in real life and can act out anything….this is the reason we are all not running to hollywood to shine like the stars! The answer is reality…sometimes it is not a pretty as you want it to be. THAT”S LIFE!
